Season 2 opens with the question: Are you ready for massive expansion ? Sometimes life shakes you sideways and you realize: it's time to grow. It's times to step into yourself. The onset of dementia can be subtle and happen over time. What you've been writing off and mom or dad's "senior moment" could be normal aging or it could be cause for concern. 2023 was a DOOZY ! So many lessons, some of which were the hardest of my life. Lessons of worthiness, boundaries and overworking. When you overwork from a place of ego "I'm a hard worker" it really only leads to resentment-and it doesn't pay off if your work is not in alignment with your soul's calling. This year, I learned that my corporate job was never going to reward me in a way that filled me-or met my deeper needs. And now that I'm free from it..........we shall see what 2024 calls in.
