Though she wears several hats both inside and outside the education governance space. Since 2017, after successfully completing a corporate governance course, Olivia has been on her governance journey starting as a school governor at the age of 23. With over a decade of experience as a sought-after private tutor and student coach, she champions the younger voice in all of her endeavours.  Olivia is purpose-led and people-focussed, and continues to creatively educate current and future generations on how to better understand yourself, work in collaboration with others, and move forward, further and faster. Olivia's proactivity and content delivery in the online/digital, social media and education governance spaces engages and empowers individuals and organisations to first go inward, in order to effectively reach and connect with their communities and wider stakeholder groups. In this new episode, and the last in this format, of the Schools & Academies Show Podcast, we give you a round up of the highlights from the Schools & Academies Show Birmingham.  For those of you who missed the show, here is a link to a write up of Baroness Barran’s Key Note Speech. Whilst you can find the transcript to Shadow Schools Minister, Catherine McKinnell’s speech here.  During the show, Sam found time to speak with Munira Wilson , the Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Education and you can hear what she had to say in the podcast.  This month we are joined by an array of speakers, who we managed to chat to on the day. We caught up with Daniel Sobel, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Inclusion Expert, and James Blomfield, Head of Community at The International Forums of Inclusion Practitioners.We also found time to speak with Laura Mackay, Chief Executive Officer of Just Like Us. You can find more about the work Laura undertakes the resources they have put out here.  Two of our esteemed speakers were from the organisation LocatED. Will Attlee, Head of Estates Efficiency and Net Zero, and Paul Broadbent found the time to chat with me to discuss their session.    As this is the last podcast in this format, we would like to thank all of our speakers, past and present, and all of our listeners.
