After many years of struggle, I finally realized, mental health is an internal battle only I could fight my way out of and after a complete mental breakdown, I began practicing radical self care. I shifted my mindset, began to understand how to make things work for me, researched how to fix my biggest struggles, and started taking action in order to change my life. Last year I completely burnt myself out and it resulted in 7 months of radical self care, where I took a huge step back to reprioritize my life. Seven months ago I was beyond stressed and overwhelmed and today I feel MUCH more relaxed and I’ve started to see life from a new perspective.
