Bring Freedom Partnership Program Bonus Q and A with Toni McKinley

Bring Freedom Partnership Program Bonus Q and A with Toni McKinley
Bring Freedom Partnership Program Bonus Q and A with Toni McKinley gives insight to the mindset, emotions, and trauma responses involved in human trafficking and exploitation. This is a snippet of her in depth Question and Answer Session and what you can expect twice a month as part of our partnership.  We are so honored to be trusted not only with Toni's story but each of the survivors who have taken the time to sit with us and share what worked, what failed, and what we can do to prevent this from happening to anyone else. These types of interviews are often triggering for those who are giving themselves to make a difference in our world and bring generational freedom. These crucial answers help us develop training and resources as nuanced as each person's journey to restoration.  We don't pretend to have all of the answers but we are all a part of ending human trafficking, exploitation, and child abuse one person at a time. Together we do recover.  Trigger Warning: Please note this episode has adult themes including prostitution, child sexual abuse, larceny, substance abuse, self-harm, homelessness, suicidal ideation, substance use, sex trafficking, etc. Persons with Lived Experience Podcast with Dixie and Zona Season 2 is brought to you by the generous supporters of BringFreedom.org who can make a tax-free donation on the website or on Venmo @bringfreedom These donations go to support the persons with lived experience who are bravely sharing their stories, in an effort to minimize re-traumatization or further exploitation and the creation of free resources to end human trafficking in your community such as the podcast and the Vision and Intention: A Challenge to Build Safe Communities, 2023. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/pwle/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/pwle/support
