Living in a transient community, hospitality can look different and a welcome is shown in a variety of ways including being at work or even virtual. Holly began a virtual cookbook club in 2022 as a source of connection as people continued to move and schedules grew increasingly complicated. Laurie opened The Fab Foo in the spring of 2017 after a 30 year career in banking.  A lifelong collector of porcelains and Asian antiques, she decided it was the perfect time for a career change and put her history degree to use.
