The honorable Judge Marilyn Milian presides over the four-time Emmy award winning "The People’s Court." For more than two decades, Milian has dispensed justice and provided legal insight in the courtroom where justice and reality collide. And now, you can take the show on the go with "The People’s Court Podcast." "The People’s Court Podcast" draws on ordinary people who have filed grievances in civil court and have opted to have their cases heard and mediated by Judge Milian. Running the gamut from disputes between neighbors and family members, to dissatisfied customers suing businesses, Milian's decisions – based on current law – are final and binding. Joining Milian is multiple Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter Harvey Levin, who serves as the series’ host and legal reporter. Our Editor's Take

The People's Court Podcast is a great listen for audiences who enjoy hearing about legal cases. This podcast is the audio version of The People's Court. That is the popular TV show that has featured compelling cases since its 1981 debut. These episodes feature cases that would be in small claims court. Instead, the plaintiffs and defendants agreed to be on the show and accept whatever the ruling is here. This podcast provides insight into how each ruling impacts all people involved. And it doesn't leave out comedic relief. Judge Marilyn Milian is more than a good jurist. She is also entertaining and funny.

Before joining the show, Judge Milian had an extensive career. She attended law school at Georgetown University. After graduating with her J.D., she spent a year working at Harvard Law School. From there, she continued her career in Florida. She was an assistant state attorney and a local judge. In 2001, Judge Milian took the bench on The People's Court. Today, she is the longest-standing justice in the show's history. She has presided over the action-packed courtroom for over two decades.

Listeners applaud Judge Milian for her toughness and her unbiased views of the law. She asks the right questions, accepts no excuses, and figures out even the most confusing cases. Cases include tenant disputes and catering catastrophes. She also deals with squatting sisters and nasty neighbors. She solves issues involving unpaid loans, lackadaisical landlords, and everyone between. And she does it all while deciding what's fair, right, and just.
