Elliott Peck and Friends

Elliott Peck and Friends
Elliott Peck, the beloved and multi-talented San Francisco Bay Area singer/songwriter/guitarist visits with host Dennis Strazulo before her sold out “In The Pines” EP Release Party at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA. Elliott is both charming and authentic in sharing her thoughts and emotions before the show, while also reflecting on the path that led to her big moment, including her days “growing up” as a musician at Phil Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads and her current experiences as a member of Midnight North.  Elliott’s “Friends” lineup for the show reflected both this history and how she is admired by her musical colleagues.  Fellow Midnight North band members Grahame Lesh and Nathan Graham join the show, along with Jason Crosby (via his patented "Tales From The Green Room “fly by”), Ross Eustis and Burt Lewis, to honor the incomparable Elliott. This episode is dedicated to the speedy recovery of Elliott, who endured a health crisis in early 2024, and is presented to spread the love and healing vibes she so richly deserves.CreditsIn The PinesWritten and Performed by Elliott Peckhttps://open.spotify.com/track/1xahnYIPB7EfB4mq0B4qtW?si=525bc37db6ca4869Episode ArtworkStefanie Atkinson Schwartzhttps://stefaniejstudio.comElliott Peck & Friends - Live at Sweetwater Musical 12/8/23Midnight Train To Georgia - Jim WeatherlyDo I Ever Cross Your Mind? - Dolly PartonSir Duke - Stevie Wonderhttps://youtu.be/-CoH9cf_pVA?si=mWaKliQezPP1NoHtYouTube Channel - Elliott PeckLinkshttps://www.elliottpeck.com/https://www.elliottpeck.com/store/elliott-peck-in-the-pines-ep-cdhttps://midnightnorth.com/http://www.grahamelesh.com/https://www.instagram.com/ross.eustis/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=8021b242-359a-47e1-89a0-54c4cd458146&ig_mid=A2F9ED3B-47DB-43C3-A5D8-92C1C964E2D9https://jasoncrosby.com/https://lebomusic.com/https://www.nataliecressman.com/https://www.facebook.com/gnatdub/#midnightnorth#elliottpeck#grahamelesh#jasonrosby#sweetwatermusichall#nataliecressman
Wolf Jett
Mar 7 2024
Wolf Jett
Wolf Jett founding members Jon Payne (drums) and Chris Jones (guitar/lead vocals) share their evolution from playing in their first band together (Scary Little Friends) leading to their soon-to-be released (March 8, 2024) second album, “Time Will Finally Come.” Their journey took an unexpected turn when they were hunkered down during COVID at Jon’s 3 acre property in the Santa Santa Cruz Mountains. Just days after construction of Jon’s dream studio was completed, his home on the property - and the studio - were destroyed by a massive lightning fire. Their story of inspiration and perseverance is a testament to the resiliency of these fine gentlemen -  and is reflected in their soulful sounds dubbed as “Cosmic Mountain  Music” emanating the joyful vibe of their folk, blues and americana inspirations. CreditsWolf Jett Live Promo  Video 2023https://youtu.be/d0vjZnkMzsw?si=SyZwWtMp-DP8XmteYouTube Channel - Wolf JettDevil’s Heart by Scary Little Friends (Official Music Video)https://youtu.be/R2iepO6_1N8?si=VVli-hNMyVBW7a5NYouTube Channel - ScaryLittleFriendsWolf Jett - Why You Wanna Drag Me Down (Live at Hill House)https://youtu.be/kR6jmhDsSog?si=iXfIGi5uaES5vFvLYouTube Channel - Wolf JettWolf Jett - (featuring the T Sisters) “Garden of Pain”https://youtu.be/Wy3TXQeStxE?si=KOu2yOG6neyI7WsmYouTube Channel - Wolf JettWolf Jett - Broken (2022)https://open.spotify.com/track/2Vs2Os7rifJhKFjr5IDLVtPerformed by: Laura Lewis, Wolf JettWritten by: Christopher Alan Jones, Laura T. Jerry's Middle Finger
Take a ride with hosts Dennis Strazulo, Tami Larson, and “Augie” on their  journey visiting with Jerry’s Middle Finger, the masterful band recreating the music of The Jerry Garcia Band. Broken up into three parts, the episode features band members talking about the origin of JMF, experiences playing at the famed Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, CA, and their joyful and love-filled road to gaining notoriety, uplifted by the endorsement of NBA legend Bill Walton after the band’s appearance at the Skull & Roses music festival.  Interviews were recorded at The Mystic Theater in Petaluma, CA and Sweetwater, and all reference the wonderful Andy Logan and Grateful Guitars Foundation for generously donating guitars contributing to the magic of JMF. This episode is dedicated to co-host Agustin “Augie” Oropeza who sadly passed before its release.
