William (Bill) Purcell returns to Crossroads United Way of Elkhart, LaGrange & Noble Counties after almost 30 years, from when he was Vice President of the United Way of Elkhart. Rebecca Shetler Fast is president and CEO of CAPS, which works to keep kids safe from harm and help support families in Elkhart County.Rebecca grew up in Canada and graduated from Goshen College.
