But the passing of two close friends triggered a wake-up call - the need for significant lifestyle changes. Starting small, with daily 5 AM walks, Mike took the first steps on to forming new habits.  After crossing paths with Coach Kinsley at a local gym, Mike kicked his fitness journey into high gear.
