That is a decision for each Patient and their family. Home Health is not in the Home 24 hours a day. You will also need Custodial Care, which is Home Care or a family member.Home Health is set up via your Doctor. How is Home Health Paid? it is paid by Medicare and possibly some private insurance.You can also receive Home Health in an Assisted Living.Hospice---Quality and Comfort Care at end of Life. When do you start the conversation about Hospice?
