Lyme disease almost destroyed Clare's life. With extensive research, commitment, and patience, Clare vowed to become better than ever. On the podcast, she begins with "exploring the heart." Her individualized approach invites listeners to discover their obstacles and goals. Everyone is different and requires a unique set of awesome habits.

Sometimes, the first step to a healthier self is simple. In one episode, Clare invites friend and pickleball enthusiast Nic to join the podcast. They discuss how the sport became so popular and what it offers players. Is it more than exercise? The two believe so. It provides community and lots of fun and is available almost everywhere. Playing might mean getting out of one's comfort zone, which is good.

So many people experience anxiety and other emotional challenges. Jessie emphasizes the impact of healing through connecting with nature and ancestors. The kitchen is the center of many homes and is vital to one's nutrition intake. Clare insists that "food creates mood." Recent scientific findings confirm this notion.
