In this first episode of Heartfelt Conversations with Diana, listeners will be introduced to a little of Diana’s background and how sexual abuse, fear, shame, and feelings of unworthiness were the beginning stages of a life-long journey on broken roads of more abuse, the death of a child, multiple marriages, violence and more. During each episode, Diana will share some of her deepest fears and nightmares. On this journey of finding wholeness in a broken world, she will introduce the God she once thought was to blame for all her pain and reveal the True Living God she has come to know and trust.

This episode is an introduction to the first of several names of God. God is one Sovereign God, but His many Names help describe God’s many characteristics. Today we learn about El Roi - The God Who Sees Me. Oftentimes we can feel invisible, unseen by our loved ones, our friends, and now social media makes us feel invisible! But God sees you! No matter if you are rich or poor, skinny or chubby, a geek or an athlete, God sees YOU!!! He Loves you and He wants you to know Who He IS, not what you may have been taught by religious laws, this world, or someone who doesn’t even know God themselves. Come meet some bible heroes who made some pretty dysfunctional choices on their journey and be introduced to El Roi - The God Who Sees Me, You, All of us!

In this episode Diana dives a little deeper into her personal story and shares a portion from an early journal. Meet the Superhero of all superheroes! We will discuss that people cannot give what they do not have and sometimes we can have expectations on people that they are not capable of meeting. What is the answer? Jehovah Tsaba - The Lord Our Warrior When David was still a young shepherd, before he became King, there was a big battle going on and David was on the verge of facing his biggest danger yet, Goliath.  Diana begins the journey of walking us down a very dangerous period of time , when at the age of 17 she finds her life in jeopardy, and has a Goliath of her own to face.

In this episode, Diana gives her “why” behind the podcast. Diana wants listeners to know that it  isn’t to vent, it isn’t to exploit herself or anyone in her  life for five seconds of fame. It definitely is not to gain attention. The very purpose of this podcast is to bring hope and encouragement to someone who just may need it. She’s been there and now her heart's desire is for other people to know there is a better life. Reach for it.
