Gray's Anatomy
In 1997, Steven Soderbergh released not one but TWO films that failed to find an audience. The first was Schizopolis, which we covered in last week's episode.
Gray’s Anatomy, a kind of concert film for monologuist Spalding Gray, was the second. Despite their lack of commercial success, both movies were extremely important to the filmmaker’s growth. But, alas, only one showcases Spalding Gray zestfully saying "macular pucker" more times than anyone probably needs to hear.
