Myles Sexton does not avoid truth or discomfort. Their podcast, Our Private Bits, explores the topics many people are afraid to address. Together with fiancé Tyler Austin, they discuss life's most private issues. The two hope the show will make the world a more accepting and positive space.

As a nonbinary person and trans man, Myles and Tyler navigate unique situations. At the same time, their challenges are like everyone else's. The pair practices open communication and honesty to a fault. Myles and Tyler have learned to give each other grace in hard times. Podcast listeners hear about their sex life, their relationship, and their sobriety. They share how sobriety has changed their relationships, friendships, and career. In a vulnerable conversation, they share what they've learned. Both also offer advice to others struggling with addiction.

Our Private Bits addresses essential conversations in mental health today. In a two-part episode on suicide, Myles and Tyler reveal that they both lost partners to suicide. They discuss how it affected their lives and how they mourned. Others with similar experiences may find solace and healing by listening.

The podcast also features special guests. These include Olga Koch, a stand-up comedian, and Kayla Logan. Kayla hails from Canada and is a lesbian who advocates for body positivity. Myles and Tyler share a special Pride Parade walk with fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier accompanying them. The memorable moment reminds them of the power of pride. A related episode focuses on pronouns. Many people debate the topic on social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. Myles discusses their journey of overcoming internalized shame. Tyler changed his pronouns when he was young and has a different experience to share. They've worked together to use inclusive language in their lives and careers.

Anyone willing to get more comfortable with their "private parts," emotional and physical, may learn from Myles and Tyler. New episodes of the Our Private Bits podcast appear weekly.
