What does it mean to be performative? Have we had enough of rainbows already? What about bricks? What about rainbow bricks? How can we use Pride to serve the interests of queer cyber professionals? And what are the parallels between Pride and performative cybersecurity?

The episode revolves around getting jobs and hiring in the tech and cyber industry. The first theme discussed is how to write inclusive job descriptions that do not exclude minorities.
