The Geezers shook off their New Year's hangovers and gathered for our first podcast of 2025, in which we take on the sorry state of sports officiating, NIL, the state of our favorite college basketball programs and more. The Geezers are all aglow in anticipation of the holidays as they recorded Episode 38 of our 3 Old Geezers podcast.  But first, we had to listen as Geezer Jim ranted on Major League Baseball's proposed "Golden At-Bat." What does Jim not like about the concept, which would let teams bat someone out of turn once a game? His chief complaint seems to be that it messes with baseball stats and history.
