Are there common patterns of skillsets, strengths in certain ways they serve, etc?  - PERCEPTION: Look at the big picture. How does their PAIN and PASSION intersect?  - Back to the pain: is there something (or many things) in the church that they are willing to defend that’s actually working against the cause of Christ?  o If so, what steps do you believe should be taken next?  - Take a look at both your POWER and the church’s POWER. Are there areas of weakness that they could actually help you with more, and vice versa? - If possible, follow up & have a discussion a week/month from now about your church’s POWER.    If you've discovered and defined your church's POWER, we'd love for you to share it with us!
