Anthea Bell is a British Embodiment Coach, supporting those she works with toward profound mind~body connection and from there, transformative self-actualization. She began her career in Health as a Pilates Instructor, using the practice to rehabilitate 10-years of chronic back pain. It wasn't long before her passion for the mind and spirituality took her deeper, to an awareness of the powerful messages our bodies hold and the criticality of healing what lives beneath. From there, multiple trainings in mindfulness, meditation, psychological enhancement and coaching - to where she now stands, a devoted guide to others on the journey to freedom.
