I was in pain, and I masked it with alcohol.  I was contemplating hurting myself.  I finally decided to reach out and ask for help, and I am grateful I did. FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program saved my life. If you are struggling, you don’t have to stay there. We can and will help you. Reach out today at 303.960.9819. https://fherehab.com/ https://www.cjevolution.com/shatterproof/ Happy Monday and Happy Veterans Day. Thank you to all the brave men and women who have served this great country. When you adopt a Zero F*ck's Attitude something great happens. You don't let people get under your skin. You don't care what people say about you because you aren't giving away your power to them. You're taking your power back. This attitude is not about rude, non-caring or indifferent. It's about not giving people your energy who don't deserve you. When you become stronger and more resilient you start pulling away from people who are toxic and are trying to bring you down.  Start given a F*ck about what really matters. What's best for you and your overall health and happiness. www.cjevolution.com   Patrick

We put out a frequency and we all vibrate. That is what energy does. We have so much power to change our lives, but we stay stuck in misery. What if you changed how you thought about things?  Scientists say we have about 70k-80k thoughts a DAY! Wow....That's a lot of thoughts, and here is the kicker. Most of the thoughts we are thinking were the same thoughts as yesterday. What if you changed 10% of those? What about 5% or 3%? Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast: Conrad Weaver - PTSD911 Documentary
Hello everyone and welcome back to the Top Ranked Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast. Top ranked because of YOU, the listener and supporter. I am blessed and grateful to have all YOU AMAZING listeners and supporters and I thank you again. Please take a moment and give us that 5-Star Rating and Review on Apple Podcasts. If you are a new listener, welcome. We know you will love the show. If you are a long-time listener, welcome back. A big thank you to ALL the brave men and women in the Criminal Justice Field. Remember you ALL are honored, cherished and LOVED. My next guest is Conrad Weaver. He is an Award-winning producer and President and owner of Conjostudios, LLC, a video production company based in Emmitsburg, Maryland.  Conrad received a Mid-America Regional EMMY® Award for his 2014 documentary feature, the Great American Wheat Harvest (2014).  His second feature length documentary film, Thirsty Land (2016) was completed in early 2016 and is currently available on Amazon Prime.  The award-winning documentary, Heroin’s Grip (2018) is Conrad’s third feature length documentary, and he is the executive producer and writer on a feature narrative film called Scars of an Orphan. Emergency first responders are suffering from post-traumatic stress in record numbers, but they are often afraid of losing their job if they ask for help; this must change. Conrad created the award winning documentary PTSD911. PTSD911 is a film about real people: normal, average human beings who have chosen to work in professions that require above average heroism, fortitude, and resolve. These men and women have jobs that require a willingness to face things that most of us can’t even imagine yet maintain a high level of dignity and professionalism.  First responders repeatedly see and experience things that most of us will never see, causing compound issues related to post-traumatic stress injuries and disorders. A great show with a great guest. Find the documentary here: https://ptsd911movie.com/  More great shows coming soon. Patrick

Welcome back to Microcast Monday. Short bursts of inspiration and motivation to ger you started for your week. Thank you all for the support and please share the show with family and friends.  Special thanks to all the brave men and women who serve and protect. Remember you are honored, cherished and loved. Please be safe. I struggled. I was in a dark place for a long time. Reach out today at 303.960.9819. https://fherehab.com/ https://www.cjevolution.com/shatterproof/ This Monday, I want you to stop doing this if you are: STOP CHASING PEOPLE. If people care about you they will want to spend time with you. Learn to be happy and content with yourself first. This starts with knowing what you want out of life. Your happiness will not come from someone else. It has to be internal first. Learn to say NO to people. People who you never hear from seem to appear out of nowhere when they want something from you. Get rid of these people. They are using you. Chasing after people implies that you value their presence more than your own self-worth. Go out and conquer you day and please be safe. A great guest in coming on this week. www.cjevolution.com Patrick

Reach out today at 303.960.9819. https://fherehab.com/ https://www.cjevolution.com/shatterproof/ I know you can get irritated going to the same calls, dealing with the same people with the same problems. However, I want you to take a step back for a moment and realize people who are struggling are human too. People who are struggling might be struggling with the same challenges you have been or are.  I really believe that people who are struggling share many commonalities. So, before you start judging people I want you to view as people that need your help. And I also want you to remember that you might be, or probably are, dealing with your own challenges.  The only difference is you had some opportunities and they probably didn't.  Go out and do good in the world, and please be safe.   www.cjevolution.com   Patrick

While this might scare you, it is very therapeutic and it can also help so many people. My next guest is doing just that. Retired SGT Mark DiBona is helping so many first responders by sharing his struggles, and how he overcame them. He came close to taking his own life twice during his 33-year law enforcement career. His diagnoses of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety nearly ended his career. On his road to recovery, Mark was and is still very open about the struggles he encountered and the lack of support he received. Mark shares how he personally found strength to step away from the precipice and what the rest of us can do to help.  A great and powerful interview.   Find Mark here: https://bravo748.com/mark-dibona https://thinblueconnect.com/mark-dibona  https://www.linkedin.com/in/mark-dibona-a017585/    Stay tuned for more great episodes www.cjevolution.com   Patrick
