Host Seth Spears interviews seasoned experts about their most memorable wilderness adventures, favorite gear, professional recommendations, and why spending time in nature is so important for the health of individuals and society.

Rewild Gear was founded by 4 brothers with a passion for the outdoors. We design and build high quality, minimalistic outdoor equipment to help people spend more time in the wilderness so they can reconnect with nature, family, and friends.

Our mission is to protect our public lands and endangered species through conservation, the rejuvenation of depleted soil through regenerative agriculture, and the cleaning up of waterways are common goals we feel everyone should share.

We were made for adventure, and this show will inspire you to get outdoors and reconnect with the wild side burning in all of us!

Adam Gall shares his work in the outdoor industry, from working with wolves in the wild to managing client expectations when guiding hunts. He also shares some of his favorite gear brands and books that have significantly impacted him. Adam grew up in Caledonia, MI. When he was 20 years old, he moved to Idaho, where he fought fire for USFS. He was hired as a wolf biologist in Idaho with the Nez Perce Tribe for about five seasons. Adam is the owner of Timber to Table Guide Service and Dark Timber Outfitters in Hotchkiss, Colorado, which he started with his wife, Anastacia, in 2015. In 2017 they expanded with Dark Timber Outfitters. Hired as a public high school science teacher in Hotchkiss, CO, Adam resigned from teaching and began guiding fishing and hunting trips. Arthur Haines is a hunting and recreation guide, forager, ancestral skills mentor, author, public speaker, and botanical researcher. He grew up in the western mountains of Maine, a rural area that was home to swift streams known for their trout fishing. He spent most of his childhood in the Sandy River Valley hiking, tracking, and foraging. Arthur now runs the Delta Institute of Natural History in Canton, Maine, where he teaches human ecology, focusing on the values of foraging, wildcrafting medicine, and primitive living skills. He continues to spend a great deal of his free time practicing his skills as a modern hunter-gatherer. In 2017, he authored "A New Path", a comprehensive work on nature connection and rewilding, detailing how to incorporate ancestral practices into modern living. As a research botanist for the Native Plant Trust, he completed an inclusive flora of the New England region titled "Flora Novae Angliae" and has authored over twenty publications in peer-reviewed journals and books, including naming species of plants new to science.
