Dyson Cyclone V11 $3 Vacuum Cleaner Giveaway on Facebook
If it sounds too good to be true it often is.If you haven’t been keeping up with current events, I own an electronics store called NZ : ELECTRONICSRecently dubious people decided to start up a Facebook page called Electronics NZ and target New Zealanders with an unbelievable offer. On the Facebook Page Kiwi’s can enter a competition to win a FREE Dyson V11, the good news is everybody is a winner! Reminds me of Oprah Winfrey “you get a new vacuum cleaner” and “you get a new vacuum cleaner” everyone gets a new vacuum cleaner! You may have seen this post on Facebook…“Dyson is selling the rest of Dyson Cyclone V11 for $3! Dyson Vacuum for $3⏳ Hurry to get it just by filling out the form! Distributed by Dyson™”*The pigeon English should be a dead giveaway. If this message is from Dyson, why isn’t it on Dyson’s official Facebook page. The reason they are flogging the Dyson name is because they are trying to build up authenticity with you. This should be sending off alarm bells in your brain.Last time I looked there was 3.7k comments and the post had been shared 226 times. You can read people‘s comments and “people” are posting photos of the Dyson Cyclone V11 they have received. These are not genuine people, these are all part of the scammers plot, fake accounts, images that if you search Google for you will see they have been used on other posts, not the real deal. The Electronics NZ Facebook page admin(s) is removing all the negative comments and only allowing positive comments and feedback to go on their page. Another way to scam people as they only see good reviews and they are building a relationship with your mind saying this is authentic when it is not! Here is where you need to pay attention, for delivery you need to pay $2 and they ask you to enter all your personal details. You agree to the terms and conditions and let's be honest, no one ever reads these terms anyway. Then of course you have built enough confidence to submit your precious credit card details. What in fact you have actually done, is allowed them to charge your credit card at leisure. The terms and conditions that you didn't take the time to read and you have agreed to, means you have signed up to other sites like, dating sites, casinos etc. This may not happen immediately, but if you don't stop your credit card, these charges will appear every month. Plus not to freak you out even more, I think you've just given them your personal address as well.Continue to read the full blog at https://www.dehek.com/general/tips-advice/dyson-cyclone-v11-3-vacuum-cleaner-giveaway-on-facebook/Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/dehek)

7 Steps for Creating Your Own Live Streaming Podcast Studio
You’re listening to Danny, on WHAT : DE HEK podcast. This is the place where I share my experience, knowledge and skills.I’ve been playing around trying to get the right setup for the last few months and I finally feel I’m getting some traction. I am a podcaster and an online educator that provides workshops to help people survive and thrive in business, I would like to share my journey with you. This all started about two years ago when I wanted to record a group of people, in a business networking event, so I could produce a podcast.I’ve always been a bit of a tech head, any software or hardware that is going to make me more productive and look more professional, I’m in. I’ll go and purchase it on my credit card and worry about paying for it later. The problem with being able to record video, and broadcast, is there are so many options available and so many different variables, that you really have to find your own way to get it going correctly. So in saying that, my journey may not be your journey, but I am absolutely sure you will gain a lot of knowledge by reading or listening to this article.A good of friend of mine, Rob Woolley, is currently trying to set himself up as a YouTube educator. He has also been going through some of the trials and tribulations that I experienced at the start, all due respect to Rob, he likes doing things on a budget. He was having problems setting up his green screen and I received this message from him, “I've officially given up on getting green screen perfect, so I'm going to paint my wall as a backdrop I think”. I’ll be honest, his message inspired me to write this blog. There is no right way and there’s no wrong way of achieving your setup, just remember be good today, rather than perfect tomorrow, because tomorrow never comes. To make this a little bit more logical I think it would be best if I break this into different sections; sound recorder, microphones, green screens, lighting, camera equipment, editing and streaming. One thing I never do with my blogs is add images within the content, however I’m going to make an exception for this post.1) Sound RecorderSo as I said originally, I wanted to record 20 people in a room when I was running a think tank meeting for my business networking company. I did some searching and I read some good reviews about a recording device called a “ZOOM H6”. The reason I went with this, is that it would enable me to run four microphones simultaneously, as well as an additional two microphones that come with the unit. It can be powered with a USB charger, so it was an ideal unit, it was mobile and recorded brilliant sound. It has served me well. I used it for at least 12 months and I still have it, just in case I start doing more mobile interviews. It has a lovely compact carry case too.I started hanging out on a social audio app called Clubhouse. When talking to other podcasters, the industry standard and the unit that you want to get, is a RØDECaster Pro. Funnily enough, this would not be my recommendation if you want to be mobile. However, since I’ve had the RØDECaster Pro, I’ve never used my ZOOM H6 again. Recently I switched my recording hardware to the ZOOM PodTrak P8, as this is also a mobile unit and also a desktop sound recorder. I now get the best of both worlds and I love it. I believe it’s the best piece of hardware on the market today, especially if your main focus is podcasting.Read More https://www.dehek.com/general/podcast/7-steps-for-creating-your-own-live-streaming-podcast-studio/Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/dehek)

Podcasting Equipment and Software for the Beginner Podcaster
You’re listening to Danny, on WHAT : DE HEK podcast. This is the place where I share my experience, knowledge and skills.[00:00:25] Hello, I'm Danny de Hek. And this is WHAT : DE HEK podcast. I'm facilitating my own meeting today and this is what I call one of my personal rant podcasts. Now, I don't know if you subscribe to my channel, but you may have noticed I haven't actually done any podcasts in for quite some time. I discovered an app called clubhouse and I learned so much about podcasting.[00:00:25] I had to upgrade my gear and go through a whole learning process once again. And I want to share the journey of becoming a podcaster with you. So if you were like me, you probably have a laptop and you're probably thinking I could become a podcaster. I can just get a microphone and start recording. Wow.[00:00:45] Have I got news for you? Now my journey started by listening to other podcasts and finding the right gear. So today what I'd like to do is just run through some of the gear that I've had, um, that I recommend that I have found good for me. First thing you would probably need, if you were getting into podcasting is maybe a microphone.[00:01:11] Now what I'm going to do, I'm just going to flip into a web browser and I'm going to show you the microphones that I use. This is what you call an auto auto microphone, which is a BP40. Now I stumbled across these microphones because originally when I was getting into podcasts, I was trying to record a group of 15 people in a room.[00:01:36] And I got a blue Yeti mic. If you ever have one of those and this you're a musician, well, you've got yourself set up in a perfectly sound balanced room. Do not use a blue Yeti mic, just my opinion. Fall on your feet and get yourself a dynamic microphone, diabetes. I actually got two of these microphones and I'll just get my head out of it.[00:01:55] Uh, and I had them in a room that was shaped like a horseshoe and I put two, these one each end of the room and it did capture the sound pretty good. However, it probably, um, wasn't even the right title of area was space to be able to record a podcast COVID Cape. And I cut it all my gear back home. And at the time I was using an app.[00:02:21] Six by zoom, which is a recording device, and that was adequate for myself. But when I started wanting to record other people who were online, like, um, recording things over zoom or river, Riverside.fm, or, um, Zencastr, or, uh, stream labs or stream yard at the camera, a whole different complicated stuff.[00:02:46] Sorry. First of all, what I did is I went out and got myself a RØDECaster Pro, and I'm just going to get the ball. Ooh, the box. Okay. Yeah, I wrote RØDECasters are absolutely awesome. Now the theory, first, one of these I've got, we'll just put it back on the floor. I got up home from the shop and I put it on the counter and it was buckled and every time I pushed the button.See Full TXT Script at https://www.dehek.com/general/podcast/podcasting-equipment-and-software-for-the-beginner-podcaster/Who is DANNY : DE HEK? – In short I’m a connector, podcaster, blogger a person of influence, I’m that guy who knows everybody and I’ve put together my website to show what I’m passionate about. Johnny Bigg Reviews - Expensive and Bad Quality Products
Hello, have you ever gone into a shop and thought I just got ripped off and you can't do anything about it? That happened to me. I went to Johnny Bigg, which has a shop in my local shopping mall at Northland Shopping Center. And I bought myself a belt. I don't know about you guys, but I've had belts that last few years, and I think I was replacing about that last for about 10 years or more.Anyway, I bought a belt was at $99.95 belt. I had it for, I must've bought it. I paid cash for it and I must have bought it in February 2021. Now I went back into the shop and I said, look, I don't think I paid with Credit Card so I haven't got a receipt. However, is this your belt, They looked at as a, yes, this is one of our belts. There's no doubt about that. And I said, well, I can't, I haven't kept the receipt and I was running. If you going to do anything about it, they said, leave it with me and I'll get. A manager to a ring, you know that. Okay. So I went out of the shop H went back half an hour later. Cause I said, I do remember, I think I paid cash just to let you know, anyway, went along three or four days, nothing happened. So I rang up the shop and I said, hi, I'm Danny, the guy with the belt. Do you remember me? And they said, yes, we've got your belt right here. And it's, you know, we'll get the manager to ring you. So we did another two or three days and nothing happened. So I finished up going back into the shelf and they said, well, we tried to ring you.But your phone number wouldn't work. So I said, if you've got the piece of paper that my phone number was on, they showed me it. And I said, well, that is my number. I don't know why it didn't work. Anyway. They said, look, can we count, find you in our system? Uh, and you, haven't got a receipt. We're willing to give you a discount on a new belt, but we're not going to replace the belt. And I mean, okay. I said, I understand about having the receipt and that's my bad. I should keep all my receipts in social use. So you can go back to the shop. Because they don't have to, um, issue you a refund because of that. However, I said, but you're still selling these belts and they don't look like they are very good.See Full TXT Script at https://www.dehek.com/general/tips-advice/johnny-bigg-reviews-papanui-northlands-shopping-centre-nz/P.S. Deal with them all day. Every day.Danny de Hek: [00:00:30] Yeah.I’m just curious where the Mormons live. Do they have bikes and they bike around all the time? Cause that’s the only time I see a Mormon and in New Zealand where I am they literally always want bikes.Darick Mitchell: [00:00:40] Yep. They’re on bikes. They’re on a Ford focus.Danny de Hek: [00:00:43] Wow. How about that? I’ve got you along and we’ve got a format which if you’re not familiar. What we do to our listeners we have 12 questions with what to hick and I’ve just got a card, a pack of about a hundred different questions. And let’s see what the first one, if you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?Darick Mitchell: [00:01:07] Anywhere in the world. Probably Ireland I would go back in. Yeah. Yup. That’s a tough one because I love mountains and I love oceans. I live in Utah, hiked all over. I do love oceans and forests, but my heritage has a lot of Celtic. SEO Optimization Techniques to Increase Organic Search Engine Traffic
How you doing Danny de Hek my name. I'm in the process of doing a whole lot of new workshops. And I was going through my PDF files and I found one on SEO tips and advice, and I thought it was too good to not go over the content that I discussed. So I own a business networking company. And the idea behind it, as I used to do 15 minutes, sort of a little week workshops, teaching people, some of the stuff I've learned over the years. So I've been doing website development and also eco stuff for about, I dunno, maybe too long, over 20 years, at least. And this was one of my favorites. So before I revitalize it and make it more modern, I thought it would be worthwhile while documenting this as a YouTube video. And it may give you a bit of understanding how it works. So let's get into it. I'll just flip into a work browser. And this was my PowerPoint presentation and that's called a SEO tips and advice by Danny de Hek who is me so often when I'm talking to people. Typical, isn't it. As we talk about SEO search engine optimization, and there's so many facets to it, I actually liken it to imagine that you have one glass.Full of water. So for example, you could actually have a really good URL that identifies your brand or your business, and that would be equivalent to having one glass of water fall. You may also have some really good titles with the content that you put on the internet. You may also have ALT tags and all your images. You may also have file names named correctly. And along with that, you may even have a well structured website that are search engine friendly, but by just having one good glass full of water, isn't really going to cut the mustard. Do you need to have a well balanced website? And that's why I put together this PowerPoint presentation.See Full TXT Script at https://www.dehek.com/general/search-engine-tips/seo-optimization-techniques-to-increase-organic-search-engine-trafficP.S. What makes you feel good in business, Mike?Mike Armstrong: [00:01:16] For me, it's been able to help and impact as many people as possible. That makes me feel good. And you know, the more theDANNY : DE HEK: [00:01:31] merrier.A few years ago, I added a connector into my boudoir things. I do. I think you'd label yourself as a connector. I don't know anyone actually, who connects people more than you do listening to you on clubhouse? True. SayMike Armstrong: [00:01:46] I wouldn't say I'm a super connector. So I've learned, I like to connect with other super connectors around the world so that we can form a super connection. So network really. Did you hit one of those radios that you put on your shoulder? A boom box and it had took like those D sized batteries and you’d have about 10 of them in the back of it and walk around the neighborhood.Cliff “Fifth” Henderson: [00:01:33] Yeah, we have one of those. So that feels like more of a New York thing to me, for some reason, like on the East coast kind of thing is what I think about when I think of that. But yeah. Yeah, we definitely, you know, we have boom boxes and stuff like that and we would listen to music outside and yeah, we did OB. Yeah.DANNY : DE HEK: [00:01:50] That’s cool. All right.
