Be patient and consistent. Use the phrase quiet and reward when dog isn't barking. Over time the dog will understand. Exercise your dog regularly. Provide toys, chew toys and puzzles. Provide a dog walker/companion and send dog to dog care a couple days a week to aid with anxiety. Block windows, doors and outdoor sights for dogs to reduce barking.
