Get ready to dive into one of the most fascinating topics, the inner critic - that little chatterbox in your head that sometimes isn't the nicest. In this episode, I'm peeling back the layers to reveal how this inner voice, often dubbed the inner critic (or some not-so-nice names), is seriously misunderstood. Here's the thing; this internal chatter isn't just background noise, it's a powerful tool for self-discovery.
