Mee Hee also shares the ingredients for her marinade and provides instructions on how to cook Galbi on the grill. She notes that since it is a thin cut, it does not take long to cook. Check to make sure the brown sugar is blended thoroughly.  Put the meat in the zip loc bag and add the marinade.
