For this episode's guided practice we are going to do a Body Awareness Scan. Body awareness practice is a way to bond your attention and awareness to your body with breath, so you can be calmer and more focused throughout the day. So find a comfortable place to lay down, or sit up for the next 10 minutes to bring your awareness back to your body.
