EP. #107 | Community as a Spiritual Practice: An Interview with Womb Worker, Danielle Lyles Barton
Join me for a beautiful spirit-led conversation with Womb Worker, Danielle Lyles Barton.
“With over 10 years of studying psychology, public health, + wellness, and an unwavering commitment to sharing her knowledge and natural gifts, Danielle Lyles Barton focuses on ancestral womb work and women’s reproductive health, helping Black women reclaim authority of their own lives and bodies through self-healing and community-building. Danielle’s leadership draws from her own lived experiences of sexual assault and emotional trauma, carrying forward the teachings and methods that supported her in navigating her own healing journey.
After spending 4 years living in South Korea studying Eastern Medicine and obtaining a Masters in Public Health degree, Danielle sought guidance and mentorship from internationally renowned wellness professionals. She became a certified postpartum doula, while the gaining of her accreditation as a yoga instructor supported her continued evolution to become a facilitator for transformative retreats.
Danielle developed Blooming All Over as a community that is centered around accessing joy and liberation. With a deep-rooted penchant for ongoing reflection, Danielle Lyles Barton is continuously investing in her own learning to provide relevant tools, resources and practices for Black women seeking to overcome cycles of trauma and emotional dysfunction. She is committed to creating spaces where luxury, vulnerability, and spiritual growth is the norm.”
