Imagine a world where young girls are taught, trained, and supported in a manner that provides the leadership and academic skills for them to achieve and succeed on a global scale. Picture a setting where STEM/STEAAM (science, technology, engineering, architecture, the arts, and math) instruction and opportunities are incorporated into young girls’ curriculum and extra curricular activities, thus encouraging them to pursue higher education and careers in industries and sectors currently dominated by boys and men.  As a result of organizations, schools, and initiatives like those offered through the Young Women’s Preparatory Network, we no longer have to simply imagine; these types of dreams become realities each and every day.
