I am very good at compartmentalising! I also have become very good at ignoring pain, hurtful things. I became cold as a means of self preservation. When COVID hit, I was living alone and we were on lock down in Jamaica. I was left to my demons... I had NO CHOICE but to process them or allow them to overcome me.

This was a difficult episode for me to record. I didn't realise how emotional I would have gotten. Let me apologise in advance. God's goodness is so overwhelming sometimes that it brings me to tears of joy and gratitude.

Even though I don't have a spiritual "birthday" I do remember vividly the transition for me, the period of time that I decided to be obedient to God.
