Ep. 41 Grow the CEO Cohort
In this episode I break down what Grow the CEO cohort is, why I created it, who it's for and my intentions for this group. After coaching, conversating and working with countless entrepreneurs over the years, I have realized that the business world hasn't yet married the 3D of money and business (knowledge of bookkeeping, taxes, investing, etc in a simple and fun way) and the 5D of money and business (the energetics of money and how we feel about our money and our business). So, I decided to create a group that did just that.  During this 8-week cohort, I'm going to have guests teach/speak about:bookkeepingtaxesinvestingEFT (emotional freedom technique)Human Design and how to use it in your business in a way that is supportive and nourishing to youmoney coachingmoney trauma and somatic workMy intention for the group is for us to connect with each other, develop a community and support system while diving into topics that affect how we show up for ourselves and in our business.  If you want to learn more about this cohort, you can visit the invitation page hereCompassionate financial mentor and guide to entrepreneurs so that they have peace of mind and fun with their money in order to live life now and in the future. Ep. 38 Why the Relationship with Yourself needs to be #1 Priority
I had the pleasure of being a guest on Desiree Argentina's podcast called The Wellness Project with Des.  She is a mental health therapist and a holistic wellness coach.  She and I talked about why I believe the #1 priority needs to be the relationship that we have with ourselves.   I realized that how we show up for others mirrors how we show up for ourselves. The more compassion we cultivate inward, the more we can extend outward. Desiree and I have a thoughtful dialogue around common barriers to self-love like societal messaging and childhood conditioning. We also dig into the mental, emotional, and physical ramifications of disconnecting from ourselves. With insights from Kristin Neff's book, Self-Compassion, we offer tangible strategies for turning down the volume on negative self-talk and igniting a curiosity about our own behavior. Ep 31 Overcoming Workaholism: 3 tips from a relationship coach (with special guest Elle Ebizadeh)
I recently had the pleasure of chatting with relationship coach Elle Ebizadeh about a topic near and dear to my heart: overcoming workaholism.  Elle shared so many gems about really finding the correct work life balance for each of us while nurturing our connections. A few key takeaways:  - Take time to check in with your body's needs throughout the day. Set reminders to breathe, stretch, or step away from work.   - When tensions rise with your partner, pause and ask yourself if you're in the right headspace for that conversation. It's okay to take space and return when emotions have settled.  - Reflect on patterns from childhood that may drive your need for control or to feel needed. Understanding where these tendencies come from helps us shift them.  In this episode, you will be able to:•Discover the importance of work-life balance for entrepreneurs. •Explore self-discovery and self-care within relationships. •Uncover the impact of societal conditioning on entrepreneurial success. •Address childhood patterns to cultivate healthier relationships. •Foster self-love and connect with your inner self.I'd love to hear your biggest struggles with work-life balance and any strategies that have helped you. And if you want support in transforming your relationships, be sure to check out the free book that Elle mentioned in the podcast. The resources mentioned in this episode are:•Download a complimentary 10-page ebook and workbook here on bringing love back to your life. This resource will help you explore your needs in a relationship and provide valuable insights.  •Schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call with Elle here to discuss your relationship goals and explore how to move forward.
