The Path to Peace: Can We Overcome the Myth of Superiority? | Ep. 13 (8-AI)
In this episode of Question It., we use Google’s Notebook LM AI to explore how beliefs in superiority – whether tied to race, gender, class, or culture – stand in the way of equality and peace. Are My Healthy Habits Disguising My Pain & Preventing My Growth? | Ep. 6 (5)
In this episode of Question It, I share my personal journey of discovering how my seemingly healthy habits might have been hiding deeper emotional pain and hindering my growth for decades. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I experienced a significant shift in my life by slowing down and reducing distractions, including cutting back on news consumption and exercise routines. Through this process, I realized that while I thought I was nurturing my health, I was actually avoiding my emotional pain and the feelings that needed my attention. Join me as I explore how removing distractions has helped me confront my emotions, been essential for my personal development, and how my journey might resonate with your own experiences.
