I recently talked myself out of a panic attack.Now listen, I have struggled with depression and anxiety for well over a decade, and until this moment, I really felt like I was never in control of these things. This time I thought,  you know what, I'm going to try something different.I was able to talk myself out of a panic attack instead of going down that spiral and getting stuck in that sticky situation—if you suffer from this, you know exactly what I'm talking about—and I was able to gain control back.
