This is the first home tie in Ireland since 2015 and promises to be a great weekend of tennis.   We chat about the tie itself, the players likely to play on both sides and some of Ireland’s recent ties that have led to this point. James is a legend of Irish tennis and is probably our most successful player in the last 10-15 years. He reached the top 150 in the world ATP, won a Challenger event in 2016, and in 2014 he qualified for the main draw of the US Open. He also won many crucial matches for Ireland in the Davis Cup. These days James is based in Las Vegas and works for the Inspiring Children Foundation, where he is making a big difference in the lives of so many young people, giving them the chance for a better future.
