In 2024, Corinne Schroeder was inducted into the Women's Beanpot Hall of Fame. The former Boston University goaltender led the Terriers to three straight Beanpot title games, including the 2019 Beanpot championship. She went 3-1-2 in six Beanpot starts and stopped 61 of 66 shots en route to the 2019 title. Schroeder is BU’s all-time leader in career goals-against average and save percentage. Schroeder plays for New York in the PWHL, where she recently made history with a 29-save shutout in the team's inaugural game. The Boston Globe & The Athletic articles reported allegations of mistreatment and misconduct toward players by Harvard Women's Hockey Coach Katey Stone and claims of hazing within the program. The university hired the law firm Jenner & Block to conduct the review in March. The Minnesota Whitecaps may have fallen short in overtime during the 2023 Isobel Cup Final, but they did finish the 2022-23 season with a title. For the second year, the Whitecaps took home bragging rights from the Battle of the Rig hosted by the Tulsa Oilers in Oklahoma. Angelica Rodriguez and Erica L.
