In this episode, we continue to talk through the concept Deanna is so passionate about: reimagining what our future needs from leaders. What behaviors and skills remain? Where do we need to evolve and build deeper into? As W. Edwards Deming famously talked about: "You don't need to change. Your survival is not mandatory." We see this consistently in our work with clients. And if they don't think that's the case, then denial is certainly driving the bus.
