Many people experiencing a disability in the United States believe the ‘Americans With Disabilities Act’ needs a recalibration as it currently only offers minimum support and has barely any official enforcement. Inclusive private Organisations and initiatives are also key and Marisa Is Truly leading the way with what she is modeling with Infinite Flow

Expanding the tree canopy over L.A. remains one of TreePeople's central goals. More trees means cooler temperatures, cleaner air, replenished groundwater supplies and a safer, more beautiful city.In the last 20 years the United States lost 42.2 Million hectares of tree cover, which is equivalent to the size of California. This tree loss has created 16.3Gt of CO₂e emissions. A study published last year by the US Forest Service found that we lost 36 million trees annually from urban and rural communities over a five-year period.  Only 11% of Us forest land is protected so We desperately need  to campaign for legislation  to protect existing forests from development and support education programs and reforestation initiatives like treepeople

#1 - Ammar Kandil (Yes Theory) & Ryan Harris Solving Ocean Plastic Pollution
On today's podcast our guest is Ammar Kandil an entrepreneur, filmmaker and visionary, Ammar helped launch the YouTube channel yes theory 5 years ago with the aim to  build a global movement and bring together a community of over 10 million followers around the mission of Seeking Discomfort and choosing love over fear. With the belief that life’s most beautiful moments and meaningful connections exist outside our comfort zones. We are visiting Ryan Harris, a surfer, ocean enthusiast and environmentalist who co-founded Earth Technologies, the world's first Zero Waste surfboard production factory. He also co-founded “One Planet, One People.” for surfers of color supporting climate action, racial and social equality and is breaking stereotypes as a Black American in the surf industry. Ryan believes in leaving this planet a better place than when we came into it and protecting it for the next generation The U.S. produces 42 million metric tons of plastic waste per year and ranks as high as third among coastal nations for dumping trash and other waste into its shorelines. Shockingly only 9% of the world’s plastic waste has ever been recycled, so improving recycling efforts is a priority and then transitioning to biomaterials has to be the long-term goal. But with the plastic industry planning to increase production by at least 35% in the next 10 years, it can't just be down to the individual to solve problems like this there has to be change on a systemic level. Therefore It's going to be nearly impossible to demand a stop to the endless production of single-use and throw-away plastics without bigger legislations that push industries toward cleaner and more sustainable products.I’m excited to see how Earth technologies are leading the way
