Brittany emphasizes the need for consistency in treatment and the role of a supportive community. She shares her own journey, highlighting the significance of surrounding yourself with positive, growth-minded individuals. Brittany shares her passion for helping others and her side venture, The Wow Booth Co., a photo booth business that brings joy and connection to people at events. For anyone struggling with mental health, Brittany recommends reaching out to the 988 crisis hotline for immediate support.
