Hannah Murray

Hi, we are Hannah & Tate. This podcast is all about real conversation; offering guests an open space to talk freely, share life experiences and discuss taboo subjects. The increase in Mental ill health is rising in all our communities, so it is more important than ever that safe spaces are created;  where everyone is encouraged to discuss their struggles and be supported without judgement.; which is why we are so passionate about sharing the benefits of self development for a better mental health. Our content comes with TRIGGER warnings as it maybe too real for some to hear. But it is some ones reality right?!   Welcome to our podcast- we hope you enjoy it!

This isn't just any Christmas episode....
* Welcome to our Christmas Special * - With some truly amazing guests!!As well as discussing all things Christmas, this episode shares our experiences of self-acceptance, how we personally relate to the term "Fat" and how we deal with, judgement, attachment & expectation.  Flo Simpson - @florence.simpsonnFlo is a 23 year-old plus size and body confidence advocate from Portsmouth, who goal is to help people love or at least not hate, their body; in order to help them live the happiest life the can. Flo's inspiring growth via social media started during lockdown in 2020 when she realised that trying to fit back into her jeans wasn't going to resolve her relationship breakdown & in fact, living authentically as herself was even more powerful than ever before! The Fabulous Josh - @joshisfabJosh lives up to their name, totally fabulous. Our local society is still behind the times when it comes to sexuality & gender identity. Diving a little deeper, Josh shares their experience with body acceptance & what that relates to when identifying as Non- Binary or Queer.  Charla Grant - @thegratefulheartsclubCharla is the gratitude Queen! She helps people find positive pockets of gratitude, which leads to them experiencing more positive emotions, relishing good experiences & improving their mind health... because if we approach ourselves with more gratitude, acceptance & self-esteem naturally increases. Merry Christmas to all our listeners, we appreciate you! The Beautiful Minds Podcast is sponsored by Delivered Social - https://deliveredsocial.com/
