2023 was a disastrous season for the Carolina Panthers as the franchise became the first to ever go 2-15. Besides the record, the biggest failing for the Panthers was lack of development of rookie QB Bryce Young. The system that Young was dropped into in Carolina proved to be one not fit for a rookie QB to find early success.
