In a world filled with distractions, finding presence—a state of being deeply attuned to the present moment—has never been more important for wellbeing." It's also one of the best ways to keep things like stress, regret, guilt, anxiety and more at bay. Just like Eckhart Tolle says "Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry—all forms of fear—are caused by too much future, and not enough presence.
