Drink of the day: Jaeger bomb 2 oz Jaegermeister, 4 oz Red Bull Blanco starts the show with his fantasy football punishment. We discuss the sale of our mortgages. We weigh in on friends that expect the sole employed friend of the group to pay for dinner. That leads to a discussion of our weird ass social media algorithms. We weigh in on neighbors and if we are obligated to talk to them. Blanco thinks introverts should get a pass. Our hearts are warmed by the new holiday menu items at Red Lobster.  We take a Buzz Feed vocabulary quiz. Sports pop off with the upcoming Tyson/Paul fight. We reminisced about the golden age of Heavy Weight boxers of the 80s and 90s.

Drink of the day Captain Morgan and Dr. Pepper. Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar after being gone a couple of weeks. Life has been really busy for both of us. We are upset we missed our Halloween episode. We make up for it by doing a taste test of the original Big Mac vs. The Chicken Big Mac. Strange music leads off the discussion because Krizz Kalicko’s “Genius” is featured on the new Apple Intelligence issues. Jones is mad he sold out. Blanco is just waiting for his chance to grab the bag. Which leads to us remembering all the songs we have been introduced to via commercials. We also have discovered new music in Gentlemen’s clubs. Surprisingly good food can sometimes be found in strip clubs. Then we go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories. Sports is kicked off with the retro helmet caps released by New Era. We talk a little Herman watch and top 25.

Drink: Jack and coke Blanco and Jones are back at the bar. We talk about the new iteration of Beetle Juice. We discuss the newly released stuffing seasoned rolls. We are intrigued and are excited to try them. It has us craving Thanksgiving. We declare canned cranberry sauce far superior to homemade. We give some love to SNL because they have been crushing it lately. Long live “Weekend Update”.  Sports is kicked off by discussing the “BTA” trend. We ask, what happened to sportsmanship.  The Chiefs continue to roll. Their achilles heal is LT but they just keep winning.

Drink of the day: Bacardi premade Rum Punch, Bahama Mama, and Pina Colada. Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar. This week we give our take on unsolicited lawn service from a neighbor. We talk about a Waymo ride that was way wrong. We give flowers to the Royals for making the playoffs and advancing to the ALDS. Are the Chiefs still marching toward a 3-peat? We round it out with Blanco's Fat Four.

Drink of the day: Bouldevard Quirk premade cocktails Vodka lemonade,  Margarita, and Paloma. Jonesy and Blanco are back in the bar. We talk about the entitlement of senior citizens. We give our take on hidden fees of fine dining. Harvard scientists are on the brink of a miracle drug and we need it available yesterday.  We check on Nutter Butter cookies because they are crying for help. We talk a little Royals and finish with NFL talk. Blanco went 4-0 on the Fat Four last week. Looking to repeat again this week.

Drink of the day: British Bulldog 1 oz vodka, 1 oz kahlua, 1 oz cream, top with Oreo Coke Zero. Jonesy and Blanco are back at the bar. We discussed the robot dogs being used in war. Big brother is listening in on everything you say around smart devices. Puffy just needs to take the L and head to jail. A Chicago brewery decided it was a good idea to make Marlot even worse. We also chat about sports, mostly Chiefs.

Drink of the day: Casa Azul Tequila Soda; Peach mango,  Watermelon, Strawberry Margarita, Margarita. Tom’s Town Elderflower lime gin cocktail. Garage Beer.  Football is back! Jonesy and Blanco are joined by GT to preview the 2024 NFL season. Just a couple guys sitting at the bar talking football. We give our picks to win each division. We also give out post season predictions.  There were a few friendly wagers placed. Blanco has some bold predictions which is par for the course. Enjoy the show.

Drink of the day: Betty Booze premade cocktails: Sparkling Tequila with Oak smoked lemonade, Sparkling tequila with lime shisho, Sparkling tequila smoky pineapple.  Jones and Blanco are joined at the bar by friend of the show DB. We preview the 2024 college football season. The conversation revolved around the Big 10 and Big 12 for the most part. We all talk about our favorite teams: Nebraska, Kansas, and Kansas State. We also give our picks for the power 4 conferences.

Drink of the day: Jameson and club soda.  Blanco and Jones are back at the bar. Not much in the way of sports this week but we found out Blanco may have summer penis. We are both looking forward to Coke flavored Oreos. Taco Bell is bringing back some items we love. We wish fast food would go back to being affordable. Even casual restaurants are suffering. Ponderosa is the most recent chain to face the chopping block.

Drink of the day: Bourbon smash 1.25 oz bourbon, .5 oz April, 1 oz simple syrup, .75 oz lemon juice, .5 oz passion fruit puree, and 1 dash bitters.  Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar. We are joined by mental health therapist Dorathy Scott. She is the Owner/Therapist of Renewed Hope Therapy. She helps the Fatties with some therapy tips during the show. She also shares some stories and helps us understand why mental health is so important.

The Merica cocktail: 1 oz blue curaçao, lemonade, 1 oz grenadine.  5 oz vodka and lemonade mix. Jonesy and Blanco are joined at the bar by Eliot Holmes and Crazy Aunt Gina. We show our love for the Summer Olympics and Team America. We don our best patriotic gear and talk about the highs and lows of the games so far. Jones is not impressed with the continued greatness of Biles and Ledecky. He is looking to see underdogs shine. Everyone is impressed with the random guy Turkey sent to dominate shooting. The Fatties are ready to see big people lift heavy things. USA USA USA

Drink of the day: Crown Royal Lemonade: Peach, Lemon, Mango, Blackberry. Blanco and Jones are back in the bar bantering. Jones tries to put Blanco into diabetic shock with sugary drinks. That’s leads to a second tasting of Jura Scotch. It was just as bad as we remembered. We entertain the idea of a second gold rush. We are ready to pan for gold. We ask why did Jerry Rice get so angry at the ACC. We also run down a list of our top 10 fictional football players from shows/movies. We wrap up with the show Bobby Witt Jr. put on at the Home Run Derby.

Drink of the Day is Apple Pie: 2 oz Apple Crown, .5 oz Smirnoff Whipped Cream, .5 oz Jack Honey, .5 oz Rumchata. Jonesy and Blanco are back at the bar. Buzzfeed sent us down a bit of a rabbit hole. We discuss “parent hacks” from the article and from our listeners. Some folks give their kids serious trauma. Blanco’s still got a beef with AI. This time we discuss the “surveillance pricing” from AI based on data that is being collected on you every day. It’s absolutely freightening. The Olympics are starting soon. We preview our upcoming Olympic themed episode.

Drink of the Day: Monaco Hare lemonade peach, original, and strawberry.  We bring the Monaco cocktail series to a close. Blanco shares a little about his time in Florida. We break a rule and briefly touch on politics. The state of KS does not want you to view “adult content” so PornHub has cut service to 11 states.  We mourn the decline of “breastraunts” in America. Hooters closed several locations. Hallmark is teaming up with the Chiefs for a new Christmas movie. Jones and I can do without it. The NFL lost an antitrust case for Sunday Ticket. We also talk about the Lakers taking Bronny.

Drink of the day: Monaco premade cocktails: Citrus crush, Lime crush, and Blue crush.  Our love affair with Monaco cocktails continues. It’s safe to say we are big fans of these pre-made cocktails. They lead to a lot of rambling. We feel old because the album “Smash” turns 30 this year. Takes us back to the days we recorded tapes while listening to the radio. We relate to Flavor Flav’s son who also love’s Red Lobster. We plead, please stop recording your Chipotle order. The employees don’t need you to give them a hard time. We discuss a restaurant with age restrictions. The Fatties are on board with this. Keep the kids out of nice restaurants.

Drink of the day: Monaco margaritas: Passion fruit, twisted lime, and watermelon.  Jones’s internet has been out for a week. He has several words for his ISP. He’s mad as hell and won’t take it anymore. He is also mad at his cell phone provider. He has beef will all telecom companies this week.  He also reviews a new local Italian restaurant. Spoiler alert, it was not good. We plead for restaurants to make their food from scratch.

Drink of the day: Monaco Fight Night  Grapefruit crush, Knockout punch, and Strawberry Hard lemonade. Jones and Blanco discuss what 3 people they would have dinner with if given the chance. That lead to which 3 presidents we want to have dinner with.  That leads us to discussing BORG. Kids these days know how to get down. They are not scared of alcohol poisoning. We talk sports as usual. We are both reserving opinion on the optical tracking for line to gain. The schedule also gets a bit of attention. Blanco does not hold back on his feelings toward NFL scheduling officials.

Drink of the day: Gin and Juice by Dre and Snoop. Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar. The conversation centers around rap beefs. We discuss some of our favorite rap beefs over the years and how they compare to the Kendrick/Drake beef.

Drink of the day: Waterbird Ranch water, Hardbody, Tequila Pineapple. Blanco and Jonesy are back at the bar. We catch up on life. We go off on a tangent.  We share some Gentlemen’s club stories. We coin a new phrase, MIDF. Jonesy shares a ghost story. He ran into someone he thought had died. We also discuss a cardinal sin, don’t mess with people’s food. It’s not funny. On a bright sports note, we would both love for the Chiefs to come to Kansas. Tuff Tony attended his first RAW with Jonesy.

Drink of day: Cowboy Dessert 1 oz bourbon, 1 oz Carmel vodka, top with root beer.  Jones and Blanco went live for the first 13 picks of the 2024 NFL Draft. We gave some predictions on the first 5 picks and commentary on all as they were announced. We are both thankful that our division rivals are terrible at drafting.
