According to Reelgood, people average 18 minutes to decide what to watch on a given day on Netflix. The 10/10 (Would Recommend) podcast helps listeners in that decision making. It helps listeners pick a show faster. Shows discussed range from Love is Blind to the animated movie Intergalactic. It's not just about entertainment. It is entertaining. What to Watch on Netflix is the previous name of the podcast.

The hosts of the 10/10 (Would Recommend) podcast are British friends Tolani Shoneye and Gena-mour Barrett. Tolani, aka Tolly T, is an author and influencer who has written for OK, Elle, and The Independent. She has also served as a panelist on BBC 1xtra and TED X. Cohost Gena-mour is currently a content manager at Netflix. Forbes included her in their 2019 "30 under 30" list. Before that, she worked for BBC Newsbeat and has written for BuzzFeed and Elle.

On 10/10 Would Recommend, the hosts share insightful thoughts on entertainment releases. They discuss old and new movies, new seasons of shows, and Netflix specials. Gena-mour and Tolly T. bring their quick wit and humor to the show. Laughter, they say, is the best medicine. These women take this saying to heart because, in the show, they tell jokes and share funny stories. The hosts are two friends having fun talking about movies and TV. This gives the podcast a warm and engaging tone.

Sometimes guests join them. Actors such as Eliot Salt and Hannah Van Der Westhuysen have appeared. Director Rowan Deacon discussed her documentary Jimmy Savile: A British Horror Story.
