This rough-hewn 1966 club date finds the original Temptations in their prime, complete with hordes of screaming girls. A couple of Berry Gordy's beloved adult-crossover standards slow the flow, but ultimately the energy, the voices, and songs such as "My Girl," "What Love Has Joined Together," and an extended, testifying "Don't Look Back" can't be stopped.
