Andrew McDonald has over 40 years of experience in international banking. After joining European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in 1995, he has spent the last 20 years involved in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in senior roles within both Banking and Risk/Credit. The reason for this lies in leaders valuing profit over people and the planet, which points to the importance of educating entrepreneurs on the triple-bottom line.According to Professor David Kirby, co-founder of the Harmonious Entrepreneurship Society (HES), “We were put on this planet to look after it.
