Join us for a conversation with Kevin Antoine to learn more about the Specifics on Welcoming & Belonging for Students, Staff, & Faculty in Higher Ed.

Kevin is the Associate Vice President of Government Relations & the Chief Diversity Officer at Bucks County Community College. He is a DEI Social Justice expert, and is most passionate about supporting traditional populations that were initially left behind in areas of education, employment, healthcare, and economic self-determination. Kevin defines Traditional populations as Native Americans who had their land taken from them and also including African Americans where they were taken from their land. He believes this disparity cannot be remedied in equity but can be addressed with economic reparations and the pursuit of social justice. Kevin was the first African-American to win the Democratic Nomination in Mississippi’s majority-white 4th Congressional District and is an advocate for health equity, and civil & human rights. Also, Kevin was a Pop Warner Football Coach, coaching ages 11 to 14, and is also an Air Force veteran.
