A man who's God empowered zeal, mercy, and tireless sacrificial labors of love, charity, and integrity have carried many through their wildernesses into impossible promises and victorious lives in Christ! This message closes out this podcast series as we honor those who have given of themselves to help others carry their crosses; while still baring the weight of their own. Let us remember daily to pray for our ministers and encourage their tireless efforts by living what they sacrifice to teach. As they have been an example to us, let us be an example to others. Let us all preach (as Paul Said) not in word only, but in "demonstration".

A humble man of unfailing compassion who was always faithful to tend to the ones that no one else would. He was a true shepherd and a father to the fatherless. He preached the truth of God's word and warned of things to come. He prepared a generation to step boldly into their purpose. His life and ministry was not always easy, but his rewards are glorious and the fruit that he left behind cannot be compared to all the world's riches.

The third message in our podcast series on "Honoring Godly Men". Today we look at the life, ministry, and testimony of Reverend Lloyd Mayeux. The founder of our church and ministry. He was a man of great integrity and humility. He was a giant in spiritual authority, yet the meekest, kindest, most gentle and patient man you might ever meet physically. His ministry was wroth with miracles of biblical proportions, the dead raised, the sick healed, lives change; yet there was never a single utterance of self promotion. No titles, just function. A true patriarch and apostle, who fathered many churches, laying good foundations for future generations to build upon with confidence because of his meekness and humble obedience to do the work of God's Kingdom.

The second message our podcast series on 'Honoring Godly Men". Paul said to follow him, only as he followed Christ. We are so very grateful for the coverings in our life, but the greatest covering and the example that they learn from is Christ. So we begin with Him and get an understanding of what a true covering is.

This is the first message in a short podcast series called "Honoring Godly Men". In a culture that is trying to devalue men and set up wrong concepts of what it looks like to be a leader, minister, family, and society in the minds of our children, it is important for us to share the testimonies of those who have done it right (both in scripture and in our lives) that others might see the fruit of trusting God's words, will, and character; and follow the lead of Godly men rather than the influence of a very prevalent antichrist spirit. To stand against the grain of culture has always been the commission of God's humble servants. Let us honor those who have as they honored God with their lives of sacrifice and obedience.

Has God ever given you an impossible promise? Has He asked you to prove that you believed Him for it?
