She's been dealing with the effects of stress, anxiety and depression and was struggling to find a way to cope. She decided to take matters into her own hands and start a routine of stress management. She removed social media from her phone, created an electronic free time block, and implemented a morning and evening routine. She slowly worked her way through her list and in the end, found herself a much better person for her family and community.
