Who is Alex Jones?

Born Alexander Emerick Jones on February 11, 1974, Alex Jones is an American far-right conspiracy theorist. Jones has been in the media for decades, but what has made him widely known is the Alex Jones Show which he established in 1999 in Austin Texas as a public-access TV program. The Genesis Communications Network syndicates the show across the United States online. Alex Jones also has websites, including InfoWars, NewsWars and PrisonPlanet, which he uses to promote fake news and conspiracy theories. Besides, they are platforms for supporters of white nationalism and their ideology.
