He previously also served as Chairman of NBCU Hispanic Enterprises and CEO of Omnicom media agency OMD Worldwide. Joe talks about his advice for Univision and Telemundo, how he got his start in the industry, his leadership philosophy, the lesson he learned from Ted Turner—and he reveals a secret from his past few people know.
