This meditation style is an awakening, empathy and compassion to all beings on Earth. In Tibetan it means “giving and receiving”, which is the purpose of the practice. It helps to find acceptance of suffering, enhance non-attachment, encourage altruism, purify karma and develop loving-kindness. This is a beginner’s version of the style of meditation so removes the more complex visualisation elements. It is designed to transmute negative energy. Enjoy our meditations?
