The Importance of Mental Health with Rachel Williams
In this episode of "What's Your Success Story?" we learn the importance of mental health.  May is Mental Health Awareness month and I wanted to do a podcast episode on this subject because it is very dear to my heart.   I lost someone I love very much due to chronic sickness, depression, and mental health. Our culture doesn't do a good job of making room for this type of conversation to happen without individuals who are struggling with mental health feeling like there is something wrong with them.  The truth is, if you are struggling with depression and mental health, it is NOT your fault. It is also not who you are as a person, instead it is something you are going through. I validate you in this season, and I want you to know that you are worth getting the help you need. You deserve to be better and you CAN get better. Please don't hesitate to ask for help.  ❤️About our guest today:Rachel Williams is a published author, speaker, a mother of many (through adoption and IVF) and a co-founder of a women's ministry called, "Never So Broken." Rachel's love for Jesus motivates her to advocate for others' wellness through sharing her journey via social media, speaking, and writing books. You can find Rachel's books here: https://www.amazon.com/Trust-Redefined-Learning-Surrender-Unknowns-ebook/dp/B07YNVJB19/ref=sr_1_12?crid=3H5MSZSYUY20S&keywords=rachel+williams&qid=1653621860&sprefix=rachel+williams%2Caps%2C88&sr=8-12Follow Rachel on social media here: https://www.instagram.com/rachel32004/Thank you so much for tuning in to today's episode.
